一、个人基本信息
范英才,男,博士,教授,山东大学理学博士。目前主要从事半导体器件和材料计算研究工作,在一维、二维半导体异质结构的设计及性能调控方面提出多个理论模型,成功探索了半导体材料在p-n结、(光)电催化制氢/甲烷/合成氨、药物递送等领域的应用价值,先后参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、山东省重大基础研究项目,主持了山东省自然科学基金项目等课题,形成了具有一定特色和影响力的研究方向。累计在Science Bulletin、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces 和The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等国际著名学术期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,被SCI引用1300余次(h-index=20)。其中,第一作者或通讯作者论文共计发表19篇(ESI高被引论文10篇次,A+类论文10篇,中科院大类一区论文7篇,影响因子>10论文5篇),单篇被引>100次的论文2篇(单篇最高被引270次)。担任Nano Letter、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters、ACS Applied Nano Materials、Applied Catalysis A: General、Materials Today Sustainability、Applied Surfaces Science、International Journal of Hydrogen Energy、Surfaces and Interfaces等国际知名期刊审稿人。
